Only a few paces away from your cabin door, you’ll find the upper Kenai River rushing by the expansive deck. As home base for many great Alaska Adventures, Kenai Riverside Lodge offers the perfect balance of unique accommodations, home-cooked meals, and an array of activities to choose from.
Whether you choose to hike, raft, fish (surcharge applies), attend naturalist programs, or stroll the nature trail by day, in the evening your most difficult decision will be whether to venture into the wood-fired sauna or to pour yourself into a rocking chair on the scenic deck overlooking the breathtaking Kenai River.
For sportfishing enthusiasts, Kenai Riverside Lodge also offers sportfishing packages. This program includes intensive sportfishing excitement for salmon, rainbow trout and dolly varden and is led by some of the river’s most experienced guides and using top of the line equipment.
Experience a wide variety of fishing options: king salmon on the lower Kenai; sockeye, rainbow trout and dolly varden on the upper Kenai; and hard-fighting coho and halibut off the coast of Seward.
