You can explore our beautiful state without having to rent a car! The train is a great way to relax and marvel at the stunning scenery Alaska has to offer. This package combines the train journey with visits to two of the most famous National Parks in Alaska: Kenai Fjords and Denali.

Day 1

Seward

Arrival in Seward. Depending on your arrival you may have some time to explore the small town or visit the SeaLife Center, an excellent aquarium.

Day 2

Kenai Fjords National Park

Enjoy a 6 hour Kenai Fjords National Park Cruise to see marine wildlife and glaciers. In the evening take the train to Anchorage. This is the most beautiful train ride in Alaska and you will enjoy magnificent views of the mountain scenery and Turnagain Arm. Keep an eye open for wildlife that is spotted frequently along the way.

Day 3

Anchorage

Day at your own leisure in Alaska's largest city! There is lots to explore like museums, the busy downtown area or the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail that takes you along the waterfront.

Day 4

Anchorage to Denali

Today you continue your journey by train to the Denali National Park, one of the highlights of every trip to Alaska. On clear days you get a great view of the Alaska Range and Mt. Denali.

Day 5

Denali National Park

You will take part in a guided 6 to 8 hours bus tour with box lunch included. Explore the unspoiled forest and tundra wilderness, learn fascinating facts and gain new insights about Alaska's land and animals from expert naturalists, see the captivating creatures that make Denali their home, marvel at the awesome scenery that surrounds you everywhere and catch amazing views of Denali - The Great One. Overnight at the Park Entrance.

Day 6

Denali to Fairbanks

The last leg will take you to Fairbanks, where you spend your last night downtown. Do not miss the great Museum of the North, Pioneer Park and the other must-sees of this friendly town in the Interior.

Fairbanks

Your tour ends today.
