Tour Summary

Day 1:
Depart Anchorage for your 1 hour 50 minute flight by jet to the community of Utqiagvik. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel, free time to explore and have dinner.

Day 2:
Breakfast on your own, check out of Top of the World Hotel and meet your local host for your guided tour around Utqiagvik. The route can vary but will take you around the residential and commercial areas of the community to get an insight into life in this Arctic Community.

  • Day 1  Depart Anchorage at 3:05 PM on AS #51, arrive at Utqiaġvik at 4:59 PM
  • Day 2 Depart Utqiaġvik at 5:52 PM on AS #50, arrive at Anchorage at 7:36 PM

From Fairbanks:

  • Day 1 Depart Fairbanks on AS #2406 at 12:15 PM, arrive at Anchorage at 1:17 PM, depart at Anchorage on AS #51 at 3:05 PM – Arrive at Utqiagvik at 4:59 PM
  • Day 2 Depart at Utqiagvik on AS #50 at 5:52 PM – Arrive at Anchorage at 7:36 PM , depart at Anchorage on AS #2110 at 8:45 PM, arrive at Fairbanks at 9:42 PM

The times are given as an example – the 2024 flight schedule for Alaska Airlines has and will most likely continue to change over the course of the summer and can be extreme, for example changing from an afternoon flight to a morning/mid morning flight.
